#BootcampSENI: 36hours To Theatre

#bootcampSENI: 36 hours to hack theatre is a challenging intensive academic two day Bootcamp which will take place on the 2nd Wednesday and 3rd Thursday December 2015. The Theatre Boot Camp is a fun and inclusive crash course hacking all the skills of theatre facilitated by trained professionals from the Malaysian performing art industry.

The two-day Bootcamp is for secondary-aged students interested in expanding their creative thinking. The Bootcamp will tap into the student’s creative spirit and awaken them to their own enjoyment of the theatre art form. The components of this Bootcamp are acting, stage blocking, script writing, stage script, directing, character background story building, and the theatrical entrepreneurship.

At the end of the two days, the students will have discovered; understood the ins and outs of producing a theatre production. The students will gain more self-confidence, self-expression, articulation of thought, creative thinking, motor skills, communication skills, leadership, teamwork and many other skills which will contribute to the students’ academic performance. All students will be presented with a certificate of participation.
